With 17 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Coach, I bring a holistic approach to fitness, drawing on methodologies from strength and conditioning, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, yoga, boxing, and CrossFit.

My mission has always been to make exercise accessible and enjoyable for people of all abilities and backgrounds. I’m passionate about the fitness industry and I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through tailored, effective training.
